In this video we look back at one of the more complex workflows we've created — and share some of the rakes we now avoid stepping on to make our no code builds a bit more stable over the long run. We'll show how this complex automation — that included 9 different tools (Mailchimp, SquareSpace, Typeform, Zapier, Webmerge, Sign Now, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Gmail) — was simplified down to 6 tools (Mailchimp, SquareSpace, Formstack Forms + Docs, Google Drive and Gmail) and now rarely has any issues.
